Yes. Every venue on this page can be booked as part of a GFF wedding package. We handle the venue contract, the coordination, and everything that follows, so you are working with one team rather than negotiating with the venue separately.
Which venue is best for a Malay wedding?
All four work well for Malay and Muslim weddings. The right choice depends on your guest count, your style, and your budget. Glasshouse @ Paterson suits couples who want heritage character. One Farrer Grand Ballroom suits larger receptions. The Grand Ballroom @ Singapore Flyer offers a skyline backdrop. The Gallery @ Hotel Jen Tanglin is the most accessible by public transport. We will help you match the venue to your wedding at your consultation.
How many guests can these venues hold?
Capacity varies by venue. The Gallery @ Hotel Jen Tanglin holds up to around 280 to 300 guests, while One Farrer Grand Ballroom seats up to 400, roughly 40 tables. Glasshouse @ Paterson and The Grand Ballroom @ Singapore Flyer both accommodate a range from intimate solemnizations to larger receptions. We will confirm the exact capacity for your guest list when we discuss your plans.
Is halal catering available at all of these venues?
Yes. All catering arranged through GFF is halal-certified, regardless of venue. We work only with caterers who meet the standard and have experience serving Malay and Muslim weddings in Singapore.
How far in advance should we book a venue?
We recommend 12 to 18 months ahead, particularly for popular dates. The spaces on this page fill their calendars well in advance, so booking early gives you the best chance of securing your preferred date, and usually lower monthly instalments as well.
Can we visit the venues before deciding?
Yes. Viewing a space in person is the best way to know whether it is right for you. We can arrange venue visits as part of the planning process so you can see the room, picture your day in it, and ask any questions before committing.
