Halal Wedding Catering in Singapore
Muslim-owned, halal-certified catering for Malay and Muslim weddings in Singapore. Book it on its own for the venue you've already chosen, or as part of a GFF wedding package with the rest of the planning handled too.

Catering built around a Malay wedding
At a Malay wedding, the food matters as much as the decor. Guests often arrive in waves across the session, and the buffet line tells you how the day is going.
Our catering is halal-certified and Muslim-owned. We plan quantities for the way guests actually arrive, keep the buffet stocked through the whole session, and work to the same timeline as the rest of the programme, so food service doesn't clash with the bersanding or the speeches.
Two ways to book
Catering only
If your venue is already booked, you can book our wedding catering on its own. We'll coordinate with the venue on access, setup times and where the buffet goes, and you deal with one caterer instead of several. We cover all venue types from hotels to void decks, catering from a minimum of 30 Pax.
As part of a wedding package
Halal catering is included in both GFF wedding packages. When catering comes as part of a package, your Relationship Manager plans the menu alongside the venue, decor and programme, so the food lines up with everything else on the day.

What's included
A menu planned with you and your family
A food tasting before the menu is confirmed
Buffet setup, including the serving line and food warmers
Service staff to keep the buffet stocked and the line moving
Drinks for your guests
Clearing up after the session

The menu
Most families have a clear idea of what belongs on a Malay wedding menu, and we start there. A traditional spread usually has nasi briyani, ayam masak merah, dalca and acar, with kuih for desserts. Our base menu is as follows:
Signature Briyani Dum
Ayam Masak Merah
Dalcah
Acar Buah
Western & Traditional Kuih
We build the menu with you, adjust it for any dietary needs, and size it to your guest count with a margin for the guests who weren't on the list. Every Malay wedding has a few of them.
How it works
Tell us about your wedding
Send us your date, venue and expected guest count. If you're not sure about numbers yet, a rough range is enough to start with.
Plan and taste the menu
We put together a menu based on what you tell us, then you and your family taste it and make changes until it's right.
Confirm final numbers
Final guest numbers are confirmed closer to the date, and we adjust the quantities to match.
On the day
Our team arrives before the first guests, sets up the buffet, keeps it stocked through the session and clears up when it's over.
Why couples choose GFF for their catering
Both packages run the same way. Here's what that means in practice.
Halal and Muslim-owned
You don't have to ask the questions you'd normally ask a caterer about halal standards. Our kitchen is halal-certified and Muslim-owned. Completely In-house
Used to Malay wedding numbers
Our weddings start at 200 guests, and plenty are much bigger. Cooking and serving at that scale, for a few hours, with a line that never fully stops, is routine for us.
Planned with the rest of the day
Because we also plan weddings, we cater with the whole programme in mind. The food is ready when guests arrive, topped up before the busy periods and out of the way when the couple walks in.
