One team for the whole wedding
Most couples who come to us have already started doing it themselves. There's a spreadsheet of vendors, a rough budget, and a family group chat that hasn't been quiet in weeks. Somewhere around the third caterer quote, it starts to feel like a second job.
GFF is a Malay and Muslim wedding planner in Singapore, and we've run more than 300 weddings. Every couple gets one Relationship Manager who handles the file from the first meeting to the wedding day, plus an on-day coordinator who runs the floor. Our catering is halal-certified and Muslim-owned, and the suppliers we use know how a Malay wedding programme runs, from the akad nikah through to the bersanding.
Both packages work the same way. The difference is how much of the wedding you hand over to us.
The Essential Package
Venue, catering and decor, done properly.
The Essential Package covers the three things every wedding needs: the venue, the food and the decor. We book the space, arrange halal catering for your guest count, and design the setup from the pelamin to the last table. Your Relationship Manager and on-day coordinator come with it, because none of the rest works unless someone is running it.
Couples tend to pick this package when they already have some of the wedding sorted. Maybe there's a photographer you love, a cousin who's emceeing, or a bridal boutique your family has used for years. You keep those, and we take on the parts that need the most coordination.
What's included
Venue
You choose from four venues we work with regularly: One Farrer Grand Ballroom, The Grand Ballroom @ Singapore Flyer, Glasshouse @ Paterson and The Gallery @ Hotel Jen Tanglin. We know these rooms and the people who run them, which helps when something has to change at short notice. We handle the negotiation, the contract and every conversation with the venue, so you're not passing messages between us and them.
Halal Catering
All our catering is halal-certified and Muslim-owned. The menu is built around your guest count and what your family wants on the table, and you can taste it before anything is final. On the day, the caterer works to the coordinator's timeline, so the food comes out when the programme says it should. If you've already booked a venue and only need the food, we also offer catering on its own.
Decor and Pelamin
Decor covers the pelamin, the stage, the flowers and the full ballroom setup. We start from your brief. If you have a colour in mind, a theme, or a detail your mother has been talking about for years, bring it to the consultation. You'll see and approve the design before it's confirmed, and our team sets everything up and takes it down on the day.
The All-In Package
The whole wedding, with one team.
The All-In Package has everything in the Essential Package, plus bridal attire and styling, photography and videography, an emcee, and door gifts for your guests. One team manages every supplier, so there's nothing for you to chase or cross-check.
Couples choose it when they'd rather enjoy the months before the wedding than manage them. It also helps when family is overseas or you both work long hours, because every decision goes through one person who already knows the whole plan.

Venue, Halal Catering, and Decor and Pelamin dropdowns are the same as in the Essential Package above.
Bridal Attire and Styling
Bridal styling is provided with our partner, The Wedding Brocade. It covers your wedding attire, makeup and the bride's look throughout the day. The package includes three outfits. Fittings and trials are booked through your Relationship Manager, so they fit around the rest of the planning instead of becoming another thing to organise.
Photography and Videography
Our photographers and videographers have covered a lot of Malay weddings. They know where to stand for the Nikkah, when the kompang is about to start, and which family photos someone will ask about later. They work from the coordinator's timeline, so you won't spend the day directing them.
Emcee
The emcee runs the programme. They know the order of a Malay wedding, handle the announcements and transitions, and keep things moving when a speech runs long. You brief them through your Relationship Manager beforehand, and on the day your family gets to be guests.
Door Gifts
Every guest leaves with a door gift. We'll show you options that suit your theme and your budget, and our team looks after the packing, the delivery to the venue and the table at the exit.

Planning by guest count
Our packages start at 200 guests. Malay weddings are rarely small, and the planning shifts as the guest list grows.
200 to 300 guests
At this size you have the widest choice of venue and the most freedom with the layout. With fewer moving parts on the day, most of the planning time goes into the decor and the small details.
300 to 500 guests
With more guests, timing matters more. Your coordinator plans when guests arrive, when the food goes out and when photos happen, so queues don't build up and the bersanding starts when it's meant to.
500 guests and above
Larger weddings need the right room and more people working the floor. We'll suggest the venue that seats everyone comfortably and plan the catering and staffing around your numbers.

One person who knows your wedding
From the first consultation you have a dedicated Relationship Manager. They deal with the vendors, the timeline, and the questions that come up at 9pm on a Tuesday. You have their number and they know your file, so you never have to explain the same thing twice.
Venues we know well
We work with four venues in Singapore and we've planned weddings in all of them. We know the rooms and the people who run them, and that's what lets us sort out problems quickly on the day.
A coordinator on the day
Every package includes an on-day coordinator who runs the floor from setup until the last guest leaves. They work with the venue, the caterer and every supplier so your family doesn't have to. If something goes wrong, they deal with it, and most of the time you'll never hear about it.
Itemised quotes and payment plans up to 24 months
Your quote is itemised from the start and it doesn't grow later. With a low deposit and installments spread over as long as 24 months, you can plan the wedding you want without paying for it all upfront. Booking earlier spreads the payments further.

What's the difference between the Essential and All-In packages?
The Essential Package covers the venue, halal catering and decor, with a Relationship Manager and on-day coordinator. The All-In Package adds bridal attire and styling, photography and videography, an emcee and door gifts. With All-In, we manage every supplier for you.
What's the minimum guest count?
Our packages start at 200 guests. There's no fixed upper limit, but very large weddings depend on what the venue can hold, so we'll go through the options with you at your consultation.
How much does a Malay wedding package cost in Singapore?
It depends on your guest count, venue, date and which package you choose. Every couple gets an itemised quote at the free consultation, with low deposits and instalment plans of up to 24 months.
Can we customise either package?
Yes. Guest numbers, decor, the menu and other details can all be adjusted. If there's something you want added, or something you don't need, tell us at the consultation and we'll work around it.
Is the catering halal?
Yes. All our catering is halal-certified and Muslim-owned. If you've already booked a venue elsewhere, you can also book our catering on its own.
Can we have a hotel wedding with GFF?
Yes. One Farrer Grand Ballroom and The Gallery @ Hotel Jen Tanglin are both hotel venues, and you can book either one within the Essential or All-In package. We handle the hotel contract and coordination for you.
How far ahead should we book for a 2027 wedding?
We suggest 12 to 18 months ahead, especially if you have a particular venue or a weekend date in mind. Booking earlier also means smaller monthly installments and more time to make decisions without rushing.
What if our plans change closer to the date?
It happens, and we plan for it. Tell your Relationship Manager as early as you can. The sooner we know, the more options there are, and we'll work through the changes with you.
