Two Options. Every Detail Handled.
GFF offers two types of wedding packages in Singapore, built around one idea: you should not have to manage your own wedding day. Whether you need the core three or want everything under one roof, both packages are handled by the same team, the same way, with the same standard of care.

What GFF does, and how we do it.
Most couples who come to us have already spent weeks trying to figure it out themselves. They have a list of vendors, a rough budget, and a growing sense that coordinating all of it on top of a full-time job and family commitments is not how they want to spend the months before their wedding.
GFF was built to take that off your plate entirely. We are a full-service Malay and Muslim wedding planner and coordinator in Singapore, and across more than 300 weddings, our approach has stayed the same. One dedicated Relationship Manager handles your file from the first meeting to the final hour. One on-day coordinator manages the floor, the timeline, and everything that surfaces unexpectedly. Every vendor we work with understands the cultural requirements and the traditions that matter to a Malay and Muslim wedding.
Both of our packages are built on that foundation. The difference between them is how much you want us to carry.

The Essential Package
The foundation, done with care.
The Essential Package covers the three things every wedding is built on: the venue, thecatering, and the decor. We provide the space, arrange the food, and design the setup from thepelamin to the full ballroom. A dedicated Relationship Manager and on-day coordinator areincluded as standard, because coordination is not an optional add-on. It is the reason any of therest of it works.
This package suits couples who have some elements they want to manage themselves, or whoare working within a specific budget and want the critical pieces handled properly.
What's included
Venue
We give you access to a curated selection of Singapore’s hotel ballrooms and event spaces, including Singapore Flyer Grand Ballroom, Glasshouse @ Paterson, One Farrer Hotel, and Hotel Chancellor @Orchard. These are not spaces we simply book. They are venues we know well, with teams we work with regularly, which matters when something needs to be sorted quickly. We handle all venue negotiations, contracts, and coordination so you are not going back and forth between your planner and the venue directly.
Catering
All catering arranged through GFF is halal-certified and muslim-owned. We work with caterers who understand the standards and have experience serving Malay and Muslim weddings in Singapore. The menu is tailored to your guest count and preferences. You will see the options, make the choices, and we take it from there. No chasing confirmations, no day-of surprises.
Decor
Decor covers your stage setup, pelamin, floral installations, and full ballroom transformation. We work from your brief, not a template. If you have a colour palette, a theme, or specific elements that matter to your family, bring them to the consultation. The design is built around your vision, adjusted through a review process, and executed by our team on the day. If you're still gathering ideas, our guide to wedding decoration ideas covers what works in Singapore ballrooms.

The All-In Package
Everything. One team.
The All-In Package is for couples who want every element of their wedding handled by one team, without splitting attention between separate suppliers. On top of venue, catering, and decor, we take care of bridal styling and attire coordination, photography and videography, and a professional emcee who knows the programme and the room.
Nothing needs to be chased, compared, or confirmed separately. From the first consultation to the last photograph, it is all with us. For couples who want to be fully present on their wedding day rather than managing it, this is the package built for that.
What's included
Venue, Catering, and Decor dropdowns are the same as in the Essential Package above.
Bridal Styling
Our Bridal styling partner is The Wedding Brocade. The Bridal Styling covers attire coordination, makeup, and the overall look for the bride on the day. The Wedding Brocade are experienced in Malay weddings and understand how to balance tradition with the couple’s personal style. Fittings, consultations, and the day-of timeline are all coordinated through your Relationship Manager, so there is no separate thread to manage.
Photography & Videography
Photography and videography are handled by professionals who know Malay and Muslim weddings, the key moments, the ceremony flow, and the details that matter most. Coverage is coordinated with the on-day coordinator so the photographers are in the right place at the right time, without being directed by you or your family on the day.
Emcee
Our emcees are professional, culturally fluent, and experienced with Malay wedding programmes. They understand the order of events, how to handle transitions, and how to read the room. You brief them beforehand through your Relationship Manager, they run the programme on the day, and your family can focus on being guests rather than stage managers.
What working with GFF actually looks like.
One person who knows
your wedding inside out
Every couple gets a dedicated Relationship Manager from the first consultation. They handle the vendors, the timeline, the back-and-forth, and the questions that come up at 9pm on a Tuesday. You have their number. They know your file. There are no handoffs and no moments where you have to re-explain what you already agreed.
Venues that are
worth the occasion
We work with a curated selection of Singapore’s most established hotel ballrooms and event spaces. Not ageneric list of available rooms, but spaces we have worked in, know well, and trust to hold up on the day. If a venue is in our portfolio, it is because it has earned its place there.
A coordinator present on the day,
not just in the planning
Every package includes a dedicated on-day coordinator who manages the floor from the moment setup begins to the moment the last guest leaves. They work alongside the venue, the caterers, and every other supplier so your family does not have to. If something goes wrong, they handle it. Most of the time, you will not even know it happened.
Transparent pricing and payment
plans up to 24 months
Everything is quoted from the start with no surprises, nothing added later. We offer low deposits and instalment plans spread across up to 24 months, which makes planning a wedding at this standard achievable without needing everything upfront.
Crystal Clear Quotes. Stress-Free Payments. Making your perfect wedding achievable, not overwhelming.
Cultural knowledge that runs
through everything we do
GFF specialises in Malay and Muslim weddings in Singapore. That means every supplier we work with understands the cultural requirements, the significance of the pelamin, and the traditions that matter to you and your family. This is not knowledge we add as a layer on top. It is the basis everything is built on.
Questions about our packages.
What is the difference between the Essential and All-In packages?
The Essential Package covers venue, catering, and decor, with a dedicated Relationship Manager and on-day coordinator included. The All-In Package includes all of that plus bridal styling, photography and videography, and a professional emcee. The practical difference is how many separate suppliers you are working with. With the All-In Package, the answer is none.
Can I customize what’s in either package?
Yes. The packages are built to be comprehensive but they are not rigid. Guest numbers, decor direction, menu preferences, and other elements can be adjusted at your consultation. If there is something specific you want or something you do not need, raise it and we will work around it.
Is an on-day coordinator included in both packages?
Yes. Every package includes a dedicated on-day coordinator. This is not optional and it is not an upgrade. It is part of how we work, because the planning only matters if the day itself runs properly.
Do both packages include halal-certified catering?
Yes. All catering arranged through GFF is halal-certified. We work exclusively with caterers who meet the standard and have experience with Malay and Muslim weddings in Singapore.
How far in advance do we need to book?
We recommend 12 to 18 months ahead, particularly if you have a specific venue in mind. Venues like Singapore Flyer Grand Ballroom, Glasshouse @ Paterson, One Farrer Hotel, and Hotel Chancellor @ Orchard fill their calendars well in advance. Booking earlier also means lower monthly installments and more time to make decisions without pressure.
Are payment plans available for both packages?
Yes. Both packages are available with low deposits and instalment plans of up to 24 months. The payment schedule is agreed at your consultation and set out clearly in your quote. Nothing is vague and nothing changes after the fact.
What if our plans change closer to the wedding date?
Changes happen and we plan for that. Your Relationship Manager is the point of contact for any adjustments, and the earlier you raise something the more options there are. We work through changes with you and keep everything on track.

Not sure which package is right for you?
Most couples figure that out in the consultation. Book a free session, tell us about your wedding, and wewill give you an honest answer about what makes sense.
